Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from my first treatment?

You will need to bring a completed consultation form, which covers your medical history and current requirements. We will have a brief discussion about your form and decide on a plan for your first massage treatment, including areas you would like me to concentrate on and your preferred pressure. I have pillows, blankets and towels to ensure you’re comfortable. I also have a heated blanket to ensure you stay nice and warm. All of my treatments start with lighter pressure and gradually build to prepare your body for any deeper work you may need.

Where are you located?

My treatment room is based out of my home. I will send a full address and directions once you have confirmed your first appointment. There is also free parking available.

I’m pregnant, how soon can I book a massage?

Congratulations! I will be able to offer you a massage anytime after your first trimester.

Swedish Massage has many health benefits including:

Easing muscle strain, improving blood circulation, helping keep ligaments and tendons supple, improving range of motion, reducing emotional and physical stress and easing chronic pain.

Do you treat male clients?

I see male clients by referral. For example, if you would like to recommend me to a male family member, partner, or friend that is great! Please ensure they mention you when they reach out to me.
